摘要
当前对思政课教学现状、思政课教学改革的研究结果显示,思政课课堂教学效果还有待提升,需要在加强对学生心理机制和学习规律的研究基础上,促进思政课学习动机的激发与维持。ARCS学习动机模型的核心在于聚焦学生学习动机的激发和维持,该模型目前在其他学科教学中的应用效果反馈良好,虽然目前未见在思政课教学中的应用,但是有研究者关注其在思想政治教育中的应用。结合思政课教学研究结果和ARCS学习动机模型特征及使用情况,该模型在思政课教学中的应用具有必要性与可能性,可以贯穿从学生学情调研、教学目标确定、教材内容转化、教学程序计划到教学成效考核的教学设计全过程。
The research on current situation of ideological and political course teaching and the reform on the teaching of this course have shown that,the classroom teaching effect of ideological and political course needs to be improved,and there’s the necessity to stimulate and maintain students’ motivation in learning ideological and political course based on enhancing the studies on their psychological mechanism and laws of learning.The core of ARCS motivation model focuses on the stimulation and maintenance of students’ learning motivation.Currently,this model has received good feedback in the teaching application of other courses.Despite its application in teaching of ideological and political course has not been found,there are researchers attempting to apply the model to ideological and political education.Combined with the research results of ideological and political course teaching and the studies on characteristics and application of ARCS motivation model,this paper discusses the necessity and possibility to apply this model to ideological and political course teaching,which can run through all processes of teaching design:survey on students’ learning,determination of teaching objectives,transformation of teaching materials,teaching program planning and the assessment on teaching effectiveness.
