摘要
目的:观察醒神活血通腑方联合常规疗法治疗重度颅脑损伤的临床疗效。方法:选取100例重度颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用醒神活血通腑方治疗。比较2组治疗后临床疗效、后遗症状改善情况及治疗前后格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、内皮素-1(ET-1)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果:观察组临床总有效率92.00%,高于对照组72.00%(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组GCS、GOS评分均升高(P<0.05),NIHSS评分、ET-1、CRP水平均降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后GCS、GOS评分均较高(P<0.05),NIHSS评分、ET-1、CRP水平均较低(P<0.05)。观察组后遗症状改善总有效率94.00%,高于对照组78.00%(P<0.05)。结论:醒神活血通腑方联合常规治疗可提升重度颅脑损伤的治疗效果,降低后遗症的发生,改善患者的预后。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xingshen Huoxue Tongfu prescription combined with routine therapy for severe head injury.Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with severe head injury were selected as the study subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xingshen Huoxue Tongfu prescription based on the treatment of the control group.The scores of Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS),Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS)and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),and the levels of endothelin-1(ET-1)and C-reactive protein(CRP)before and after treatment,and the clinical effects and the improvement of sequelae after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 92.00%in the observation group,higher than that of 72.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of GCS and GOS in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the NIHSS scores and the levels of ET-1 and CRP were decreased(P<0.05);the scores of GCS and GOS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the NIHSS score and the levels of ET-1 and CRP were lower(P<0.05).The total effective rate of improvement of sequelae was 94.00%in the observation group,higher than that of 78.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingshen Huoxue Tongfu prescription combined with routine treatment can improve curative effect of severe head injury and prognosis,and reduce the incidence of sequelae.
