摘要
目的对相关低氧诱导因子(Hypoxia-inducible factors,HIF)进行可视化知识图谱分析。方廉1.检索Web of Science(W0S)核心数据库中1991年至2020年的HIF文献数据;2.采用VOS viewer信息可视化软件分析WOS核心数据库中检索到的数据,通过科学图谱叠加可视化处理行发文趋势分析、文献聚类分析、文献来源聚类分析、期刊被引用突现分析、作者国家聚类分析、研究国家突现分析、研究人员合作聚类分析、作者机构聚类分析、关键词聚类分析、文献时序图谱分析。结果1.以“Hypoxia-inducible factor”or“HIF-1”or“HIF-2”为检索词进行主题检索,精炼后共检索出12152篇相关文献;2.早期阶段以美国和日本等国为主要发文国家,近些年中国成为年度发文最多的国家;3.文献聚类分析发现Semenza.gl、Jaakkola、Kealin是较先研究HIF的科研人员;4.文献来源聚类分析发现与《J BIOL CHEM》《P NATL ACNC SCI USA》《Cancer EAS》《Nature》等相关的核心文献库期刊是主要发文期刊;5.文献突现分析显示期刊(SCIENCE)《MOL CELL BI-OL》《P NATL ACAD SCI USA》是较早报道HIF的期刊,而《SCI REP-UK》《PLOS ONE》《NAT COM-MUN》《INT J MOL SCI》是其影响因子最高的期刊;6.作者国家聚类分析发现中国和美国起着主要“桥梁”作用,很大程度上影响着其他国家的HIF研究;7.发文国家突现分析显示美国和英国等国家分别在较早时期开始了HIF相关研究,中国属于“后来居上”且保持稳定上升状态的国家;&研究人员合作聚类发现Semenza.GL等人是研究HIF的核心人员;9.作者机构聚类发现美国以约翰霍普金斯大学、密歇根大学、华盛顿大学等科研院校为代表,中国以上海交通大学、南京医科大学、四川大学等高校为代表;10.关键词聚类分析发现hypoxia、angiogenesis、expression属影响力较强的领域;11.文献时序图谱分析发现,研究HIF的主要内容按时间顺序依次是“乳腺癌”“肿瘤诱导”“转录调控”“酶结构”“细胞周期变化”等。结论对相关HIF进行可视化知识图谱的分析明确了发文趋势和文献聚类、文献来源聚类、作者国家聚类、研究人员合作聚类、作者机构聚类、关键词聚类及期刊被引用的突现、研究国家的突现等情况。
Objective To analyze the visual knowledge map of related hypoxia inducible factors(HIF).Methods 1.Retrieve the HIF literature data from 1991 to 2020 in the core database of Web of Science(WOS).2.VOS viewer information visualization software was used to analyze the data retrieved from the WOS core database.Publishing trend analysis,literature clustering analysis,literature source clustering analysis,emergent analysis of journal cited,authorzs national clustering analysis,emergent analysis of research country,researcher collaboration clustering analysis,authorzs institutional clustering analysis,keyword clustering analysis and literature time series mapping a-nalysis were taken through the overlay visualization of scientific mapping.Results 1.A total of 12152 literatures were retrieved by using u hypoxia inducible factorn or"HIF-1"or"HIF-2"as the search term;2.In the early stage,countries such as the United States and Japan were the main publishing countries.In recent years,China has become the country with the most annual publications;3.Literature clustering analysis revealed that Semenza.gl,Jaakkola,and Kealin were the researchers who first studied HIF;4.According to the clustering analysis of literature source,《J BIOL CHEM》《P NATL ACNC SCI USA》《Cancer EAS》《Nature》and other related core literature libraries were the main journals;5.Literature emergent analysis showed that journals like《SCIENCE》《MOL CELL BIOL》《P NATL ACAD SCI USA》were the journals that report HIF earlier,while《SCI REP-UK》《PLOS ONE》《NAT COMMUN》《INT J MOL SCI》were the journals with the highest impact factors;6.The author's national clustering analysis found that China and the United States played a major44 bridgingn role,greatly influencing the HIF research in other countries;7.The emergent analysis of publishing countries showed that the United States,Britain and other countries began the research on HIF in an earlier period,while China is4"catching up from behind"and maintains stable rising;8.Researchers cooperative clustering analysis found that Semenza GL et al.were the core personnel studying HIF;9.According to the author's institutional clustering analysis,the United States is represented by Johns Hopkins University,University of Michigan,University of Washington and other scientific research institutions,and China is represented by Shanghai Jiao Tong University,Nanjing Medical University,Sichuan University and other universities;10.Keyword clustering analysis found that hypoxia,angiogenesis and expression were areas with strong influence;11.Literature chronological mapping analysis found that the main objects of HIF research were breast cancer,tumor induction,transcriptional regulation,enzyme structure,cell cycle changes,etc.in chronological order.Conclusion The analysis of visual knowledge mapping of relevant HIF clarified the distribution trend and literature clustering,literature source clustering,authorzs national clustering,researcher collaboration clustering,author's institutional clustering,keyword clustering and the emergence of journals being cited,the emergence of research countries as well as the analysis of literature chronological mapping.
