松香淀粉酯的酶催化制备及其对原花青素的负载研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究松香淀粉酯(Rosin Starch Ester,RAS)对原花青素(Proantho Cyanidins,PC)的吸附性能,以酶为催化剂在两相体系合成取代度(Degree of substitution,DS)为0.00244、0.00811、0.0165的RAS,考察了RAS在不同条件下对PC的吸附效果,分析了吸附PC后的溶液稳定性。结果表明,经酯化修饰的RAS加快了对PC吸附的速度和吸附量,其中RAS(DS:0.0165)吸附较快在30 min达到吸附平衡,原淀粉吸附较慢在45 min达到平衡;30 min时,RAS(DS:0.0165)的吸附量可达32.34 mg/g,相对原淀粉吸附量提高了90.01%。稳定性实验结果表明,RAS对PC的吸附液在室温下静置24 h,PC保存率在90%以上,表明RAS对PC具有稳定的负载作用。 In order to study the adsorption performance of Rosin Starch Ester(RAS)on Proantho Cyanidins(PC),RAS with a degree of substitution(DS)of 0.00244,0.00811 and 0.0165 was synthesized in a two-phase system using enzyme as a catalyst.The results indicated that the esterified RAS accelerates the adsorption speed and adsorption capacity of PC.Among them,the adsorption of RAS(DS:0.0165)was faster to reach adsorption equilibrium at 30 minutes,and the adsorption of native starch was slower to reach equilibrium at 45 minutes;30 minutes at the same time,the adsorption capacity of RAS(DS:0.0165)could reach 32.34 mg/g,which was an increase of 90.01%relative to the original starch adsorption capacity.The results of stability test indicated that the RAS adsorption solution for PC was allowed to stand for 24 hours at room temperature,and the preservation rate of PC was above 90%,indicating that RAS had a stable loading effect on PC.The above results provided data support for the application of RAS in medical load.
