重大工程项目网络边界跨越行为及其绩效影响机制研究——项目能力的中介作用 被引量:1

Boundary Spanning Behavior and Performance in Major Project Networks——The Mediating Effects of Project Capability

摘要 从能力基础观出发,分析重大工程项目网络情境下边界跨越行为对项目绩效的影响机理。通过识别三类边界跨越行为,即任务协调行为、信息搜索行为和使节行为,重点考察项目常规能力和项目创新能力两类项目能力的潜在中介效应。197份有效调查问卷样本数据的实证分析表明:(1)使节行为能够直接对项目绩效产生积极影响,且其关系受到两类项目能力的正向中介作用;(2)信息搜索行为主要通过两类项目能力的正向中介作用对项目绩效产生影响;(3)任务协调行为与项目绩效的关系没有得到验证,其潜在机理有待进一步研究。 Based on the capability-based view, this paper analyzes the effects of boundary spanning behaviors on the performance in major project networks. By identifying three kinds of boundary spanning behaviors, namely, task coordinating behavior(TCB), information searching behavior(ISB), and the representation behavior(RPB), it mainly examines the mediating effect of project routine and innovative capabilities. The empirical analysis of 197 survey responses show that, RPB has a direct impact on project performance, and it is mediated by th two types of project capabilities. ISB does not directly impact project performance, but it can contribute to project performance through the mediating effect of the two types of project capabilities. The relationship between TCB and project performance is not validated, which requires further research.
