摘要
介绍了首个注射式神经刺激器(InNS)BION的原型机及其改进型AMF-BION和ABC-BION,以及BION对偏头痛、尿失禁和急性缺血性中风等疾病的临床试验情况及其治疗效果。探讨了制约InNS发展的关键技术,如InNS微创植入、InNS中半导体材料生物相容性、InNS的供电方法及微型电池,柔性InNS和无线闭环InNS(WC-InNS)的实现方法等。展望了柔性、内置可充电微型电池的WC-InNS是未来InNS的发展趋势。
Prototype of the first injectable neurostimulator(InNS)BION and its improved versions AMF BION and ABC BION are introduced.Next,the clinical trials and therapeutic effects of BION on migraine,urinary incontinence and acute ischaemic stroke up are investigated.Finally,the key technologies that restrict the development of the InNS are discussed,such as minimally invasive implantation,biocompatible semiconductor materials,power supply methods and micro batteries,flexible InNS and wireless closed-loop InNS(WC-InNS).It is believed that the flexible WC-InNS containing a rechargeable micro-battery will be the development trend of the next generation InNS in the future.
