摘要 为了研究空化对低比转速卧式水平中开式离心泵的影响,在设计工况条件下应用SST k-ω湍流及Zwart-Gerber-Belamri模型对离心泵叶轮进行数值模拟计算与分析,探究其叶轮部分空化特性。结果表明,叶轮根部、叶面局部容易产生汽蚀。叶轮叶片进口稍后的一点附近时常会是泵的最低压力点,如果这里的压力降低到所输送液体现在温度状态下的饱和蒸气压的时候,就会发生沸腾,产生的蒸汽泡也会随着液体从入口向四周流动,由于压力的迅速增长导致气泡急剧冷凝,这样会导致液体迅速从周围冲向气泡的中心位置,生成频率高、瞬时压力大的冲击,严重影响离心泵工作性能。 In order to study the influence of cavitation on the low specific speed horizontal horizontal split centrifugal pump,the SST turbulence and Zwart-Gerber-Belamri model are used to perform numerical simulation calculation and analysis on the centrifugal pump impeller under design conditions,and explore its Partial cavitation characteristics of the impeller.The results show that cavitation is prone to occur at the root and part of the blade surface of the impeller,because the lowest point of pressure in the centrifugal pump is sometimes located near the point later in the impeller blade inlet.When the pressure here drops to the saturated vapor pressure at the temperature of the liquid being transported,boiling will occur,and the generated vapor bubbles will condense sharply due to the rapid increase in pressure as the liquid flows from the inlet to the outer periphery.It will cause the liquid to rush from the surrounding to the center of the bubble at a very high speed,resulting in an impact with high frequency and high instantaneous pressure.Seriously affect the performance of the centrifugal pump.
