摘要 为科学合理地选择高速铁路Wi-Fi车地通信最优建设方案,以典型线路为研究对象深入分析车地通信影响指标,提出一种改进的集成赋权方法,首先基于有序加权平均(OWA)算子计算指标得分与其位置间比例关系衡量指标权重,然后利用拉开档次的差异驱动模型获取权重系数,并对两种赋权结果进行集成组合,最后利用灰色综合评价方法计算指标间加权关联度。将车地通信方案比选抽象为不确定多属性决策问题,分别从3种高速铁路Wi-Fi车地通信备选方案中选取12个定性、定量指标,构建高速铁路车地通信方案比选评价体系,确定了现阶段基于运营商公网的车地通信最优建设方案。该评价方法以主客观集成权重为评价依据,避免了单一权重决策的局限性,该评价结果更具准确性和客观性。 To scientifically and reasonably select the optimal construction scheme of train-to-wayside communications(TWC) for the Wi-Fi system of high-speed railways, this paper elaborately analyzed the influencing indexes related to TWC by taking typical domestic lines as the research object. As a result, we put forward a method based on the ordered weighted average(OWA) operator and difference-driven integrated weighting. First, the weight of the index was measured by calculating the proportional relationship between the index score and its position, and then the weight coefficient was obtained by using the difference-driven model with different grades. The weighted results were integrated and combined,and the grey comprehensive evaluation method was employed to calculate the weighted correlation between the indexes.This paper abstracted the TWC scheme comparison as an uncertain multi-attribute decision-making problem, and twelve qualitative and quantitative indexes were selected from three TWC alternatives to construct an evaluation system for TWC scheme comparison. Finally, the TWC scheme based on public networks of operators was determined. The evaluation method adopts the subjective and objective integrated weight, which effectively prevents the limitations of a single decision, and the evaluation results are more objective, accurate, and scientific.
