摘要 应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定土壤中的硫含量。从样品溶解条件(溶样方法的选择、酸用量、溶解时间等)及仪器条件选择(波长选择、吹扫方式及吹扫时间的选择,分析时间等)等几个方面进行了研究。结果表明,将样品用王水水浴溶解后用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(7300 V)测试,可取得不错效果,测定值与标准值相符。该方法操作简单,流程短,污染小,数据可靠。 In this paper, an inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer is used to determine the sulfur content in the soil. The sample dissolution conditions(selection of sample dissolution method, acid dosage, dissolution time, etc.) and instrument condition selection(wavelength selection, purge method and purge time selection, analysis time, etc.) and other aspects were researched. The results show that the sample is dissolved in aqua regia with water bath and tested with an inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(7300 V) to obtain good results. The measured value is consistent with the standard value. The method is simple to operate, short in process, small in pollution, and reliable in data.
