摘要
结合某汽车厂涂装车间生产现场遇到的电泳“线状”缺陷问题,解决生产现场产生的电泳问题,针对这一问题,提出了具有指导意义的解决方案。结果表明:电泳摆杆涂刷工艺涂层表面粗糙、易产生孔隙、产生电泳缺陷、影响电泳涂层质量。
Combined with the ED "linear" defect problem encountered in the production site, the ED problem on the production site is solved, and a guiding solution is put forward. The results show that the coating surface is rough, easy to produce pores, ED defects and affect the quality of ED coating.
