摘要
为探索国内骨科加速康复模式,本文介绍了国外髋膝关节置换患者术后当日出院的做法、流程、护理管理措施、出院后基于信息化平台的可视化互动随访和居家护理康复指导,提出相关建议,旨在为骨科同行提供借鉴,为医政管理者制订相关政策提供参考。
In order to explore the enhanced rehabilitation after surgery(ERAS)of orthopedics in our country,this paper introduces the practice,process,nursing management,visual interactive follow-up based on the information platform after discharge,and home care and rehabilitation guidance of the same day discharge in patients with hip and knee replacement abroad,and puts forward relevant suggestions,so as to provide a reference for orthopedic colleagues and medical administrators to formulate relevant policies.
