摘要 为解决鲍村隧道爆破施工过程中可能存在的爆破效率低或材料浪费等问题,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA分析了径向不耦合系数及炮孔间距对凝灰岩爆破效果的影响,进一步分析了周边眼爆破后的效果。结果表明,凝灰岩在空气介质下爆破裂纹扩展较多,适宜地增加不耦合系数能降低周围岩体的损伤;周边眼炮孔间距越近,炮孔中心连线的岩石受到的最大主应力越大,当大于岩体的动态抗拉强度时,岩体发生开裂。径向不耦合系数和炮孔间距分别为2.0和55 cm情况下,数值仿真和现场应用均表明爆破后的隧道成型效果好。 In order to solve the possible problems of low blasting efficiency or material waste in the blasting construction process of Baocun tunnel,the effects of radial decoupling coefficient and hole spacing on tuff blasting effect were analyzed by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA,and the effects of peripheral hole blasting were further analyzed.The results show that the crack propagation of tuff blasting in air medium is more,and the damage of surrounding rock mass can be reduced by increasing the decoupling coefficient appropriately.The closer the distance between the surrounding holes is,the greater the maximum principal stress of the rock connected to the center of the holes will be.When the maximum principal stress is greater than the dynamic tensile strength of the rock mass,the rock mass will crack.When the radial decoupling coefficient and hole spacing are 2.0 and 55 cm respectively,the numerical simulation and field application show that the tunnel forming effect after blasting is good.
