Nb对镀锌590DP双相钢成形性能的影响

摘要 以C-Mn-Cr系镀锌590DP为基准,研究添加0.025%的Nb后,对显微组织、基础力学性能、扩孔性能、成形极限性能以及局部/整体成形性分布图中的位置等成形性能的影响。结果显示:添加Nb后,双相钢中马氏体的含量增加,铁素体细化,组织中两相的协同变形能力增加,单向拉伸强度基本不变,双屈服现象更加明显;局部成形性明显提高,其中真实断裂应变TFS提高了20.6%,扩孔性能提高了28.7%;全局成形性能基本不变,成形极限及均匀塑性延伸率与C-Mn-Cr系保持一致。 Based on galvanized 590DP of C-Mn-Cringredient system,it is studied the effects of 0.025%Nb addition on the microstructure,basic mechanical properties,hole reaming properties,forming limit properties and the position in the local/global formability map.The results show that after adding Nb,the content of martenite in the duplex steel increases,the ferrit refinement increases,the cooperative deformation ability of the two phases in the tissue increases,the uniaxial tensile strength is basically unchanged,and the double yield phenomenon is more obvious;local formability is obviously improved,which true fracture strain TFS increased by 20.6%and the hole reaming property increased by 28.7%;the global formability is basically unchanged,which the forming limit and uniform plastic elongation are consistent with those of C-Mn-Cr.
