摘要
针对低合金冷轧高强钢HC420LA屈服强度低于标准DIN EN 10268的问题,分析确定了原因,通过采取提高C、Si、Mn、Nb的质量分数,提高冷轧压下率和降低退火温度等措施来提高屈服强度。结果表明,优化后的性能满足标准要求且富余量充足。
Aiming at the problem that the yield strength of low alloy cold rolled high strength steel HC420LA is lower than the standard DIN EN 10268,the causes of the problem are analyzed and determined.The yield strength is improved by increasing the mass fraction of C,Si,Mn and Nb,improving the cold rolling reduction rate and reducing the annealing temperature.The results show that the optimized performance meets the standard requirements and the margin is sufficient.
