摘要 土地利用变化特征分析是土地合理开发利用和区域经济可持续发展的重要基础,也是深入研究土地利用变化的前提。以重庆市南岸区为研究区域,采用土地利用面积变化、单一土地利用动态度以及土地利用转移矩阵等方法分析了南岸区2000~2020年的土地利用变化情况。研究结果表明:①南岸区主要土地利用类型为耕地、林地和建设用地,占南岸区总面积的88%;②2000~2020年,动态变化最为显著的是建设用地和湿地,两者的动态度分别为11.88%、-4.57%;③近20年来南岸区土地利用转移变换明显,主要表现为耕地面积逐年减少,建设用地面积持续上升,水域面积相对稳定,林地、草地、灌木地以及湿地面积在上升后出现下降趋势,不同土地类型面积的增加或减少源于它们之间的相互转换,其中耕地和建设用地之间的转换最为频繁,有69.143 km^(2)的耕地转移为建设用地。分析区域土地利用的变化特征可以为区域未来的土地管理和开发提供参考。 Analysis of the characteristics of land use change is an important basis for the rational development and utilization of land and the sustainable development of regional economy,as well as the premise of in-depth study of land use change.Taking Nan'an District of Chongqing as the study area,the land use area change,single land use dynamic attitude and land use transfer matrix were used to analyze the land use change in Nan'an District from 2000 to 2020.The results show that:The main types of land use in Nan'an District are cultivated land,forest land and construction land,accounting for 88%of the total areas;From 2000 to 2020,construction land and wetland showed the most significant dynamic changes,with their dynamic attitudes being 11.88%and-4.57%,respectively;The land use transfer in the Nan'an District has changed significantly in the past 20 years,mainly because the area of cultivated land has been decreasing year by year.The area of construction land has continued to increase.Water area is relatively stable.Forest land,grassland,shrub land and wetland areas are on the rise after a downward trend.The increase or decrease of the area of different land types is due to the mutual conversion between them.The conversion between cultivated land and construction land was the most frequent,and 69.143km^(2) of cultivated land was transferred to construction land.Analyzing the characteristics of regional land use change can provide reference for regional land management and development in the future.
