有机改性LDH/PVA复合膜的制备及其保水性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和钛酸酯偶联剂(CS-311)三种改性剂对水滑石(LDH)进行改性后,通过溶液铸膜法制备改性LDH/聚乙烯醇(PVA)复合膜。使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和比表面仪(BET)对改性LDH进行表征,观察改性剂对LDH的形貌和比表面的影响。对改性LDH/PVA复合膜进行SEM、热重分析(TG)、耐水和保水性能等测试。结果表明,改性LDH的加入,使LDH/PVA复合膜的热稳定性、耐水和保水性能有一定提升,其中LDH-CTAB/PVA复合膜耐水性较未改性PVA膜提高3.2倍。 After modifying Layered Double Hydroxide(LDH)with three modifiers,sodium twelfthane(SDS),cetane-based trimethyl bromide(CTAB)and titanate coupling agent(CS-311),the modified LDH/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)composite film was prepared by solution casting film method.The modified LDH was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and specific surface area analyzer(BET)to observe the effect of the modifier on the shape and specific surface of the LDH.The tests of SEM,thermogravimetry(TGA),water resistance and water retention of modified LDH/PVA composite film show that the addition of modified LDH has improved the thermal stability,water resistance and water retention of LDH/PVA composite film.The water resistance of LDH-CTAB/PVA composite film is 3.2 times higher than that of undeformed PVA film.
