摘要
采用低能相反转法,研究了水性抗氧剂乳液的制备工艺及机理及其在丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)树脂中的抗氧化效能。研究结果表明,复配型表面活性剂的乳化效能要优于单表面活性剂,最终乳液的粒子尺寸可达208 nm,单峰分布,Zeta电位值为-45.6 mV。从水性抗氧剂乳液的贮藏稳定性曲线图中并没有观察到分层现象。与抗氧剂粉末相比,水性抗氧剂乳液能快速均匀分散在ABS乳液中,有效降低了聚合物的降解。在ABS乳液中加入水性抗氧剂乳液后,氧化诱导时间达51.8 min。
With the low-energy phase inversion method,the preparation process and mechanism of waterborne antioxidant emulsion and its anti-oxidation effect on acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)resin were studied.The results show that the emulsification efficiency of the compound surfactants is better than that of the single surfactant.The particle size of the final emulsion is 208 nm,with a unimodal distribution and Zeta potential value is-45.6 mV.Delamination is not observed from the storage stability graph of the waterborne antioxidant emulsion.Comparing with antioxidant powder,waterborne antioxidant emulsion could quickly and evenly disperse in ABS latex,which can effectively reduce polymer degradation.After adding waterborne antioxidant emulsion to ABS latex,the oxidation induction time could reach 51.8 min.
