摘要
本文旨在建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定石灰石中二氧化硅含量的方法。样品通过碱熔融,热水提取再经强酸酸化形成清亮待测液,针对Si的5条分析谱线进行测试研究。通过对GBW07214、GBW(E)070155、GBW07215、GBW07120四件具有代表性的国家标准物质进行试验结果的精密度、准确度、加标回收统计分析。结果表明,石灰石中SiO2的测定采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法在谱线251.611nm下测量,检出限低、准确度高、精密度好、重现性也好,同时能在不增加运行成本的情况下进行样品中铁、铝、镁等元素的测定,非常值得研究推广应用。
The aim of this paper is to establish a method for the determination of silica content in limestone by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry.The sample was melted by alkali fusion,extracted by hot water and acidified by strong acid to form a clear solution to be tested.The test was conducted on 5 Si analytical lines.The precision,accuracy and recovery of four representative national standard substances GBW07214,GBW(E)070155,GBW07215 and GBW07120 were statistically analyzed.The results show that the determination of SiO2 in limestone by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry at the spectral line of 251.611nm has low detection limit,high accuracy,good precision and good reproducibility.At the same time,iron,aluminum,magnesium and other elements in the sample can be determined without increasing the operating cost,which is worthy of research and application.
