“双减”背景下的校外培训及其机构治理——基于教育生态危机的视角 被引量:9

摘要 校外培训机构是教育系统日益重要的生态主体。教育生态危机具有传统的负面含义,但在转化语境下被赋予积极意义。校外培训及其治理困境的生成机理,源于认知、实践与研究的理念障碍。在“双减”背景下,贯彻绿色与融合发展的教育生态新理念,构建新型教育生态治理共同体,加强校外培训机构及其研究的实质创新,寻求彼此研究与生活的命运关联,能够促进相关主体在治理校外培训机构的过程中,发现原有教育生态中的“危中之机”,并最终实现由危险向机遇的实质性转化。 Off-campus tutoring institutions are increasingly important ecological subjects in the educational system.The ecological crisis of education carries a traditional negative connotation,but it is given positive significance in the context of transformation.The formation mechanism of off-campus tutoring and its governance dilemma is rooted in the conceptual obstacles to cognition,practice and research.In the context of “double reduction”,implementing the new concept of green and integrated development of educational ecology,building a new community of educational ecological governance,strengthening the substantive innovation of off-campus tutoring institutions and their research,and seeking the fate correlation between each other’s research and life can promote relevant subjects to find the “perilous opportunity” in the original educational ecology in the process of governing off-campus tutoring institutions,which can ultimately help to realize the substantive transformation from danger to opportunity.
