摘要
目的探讨闭合复位防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定与切开复位内固定治疗股骨粗隆骨折的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月医院收治的90例股骨粗隆骨折患者,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组行切开复位内固定治疗,试验组行闭合复位PFNA内固定治疗,随访至术后6个月,比较两组手术时间、住院时间、负重时间、骨折愈合时间及髋关节功能和并发症发生率。结果试验组手术时间、住院时间、负重时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,术后髋关节功能评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在股骨粗隆骨折患者中采用闭合复位PFNA内固定治疗的效果优于切开复位内固定,可有效缩短治疗时间,改善髋关节功能,且并发症发生率更低。
Objective The clinical effect of closed reduction and proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)internal fixation and open reduction and internal fixation in treating femoral tuberosity fracture was explored.Methods Ninety patients with femoral tuberosity fracture admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group underwent open reduction and internal fixation,while the experiment group underwent closed reduction and PFNA internal fixation,and they were all followed up for 6 months after surgery.The operation time,hospitalization time,weight bearing time,fracture healing time,hip joint function and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,hospitalization time,weight bearing time and fracture healing time in the experiment group were all shorter than those in the control group,the hip joint function scores after surgery in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of closed reduction and PFNA internal fixation applied in patients with femoral trochanteric fracture is better than open reduction and internal fixation,which can shorten the treatment time effectively,improve the hip joint function and meanwhile the incidence of complications are relatively lower.
