短链脂肪酸抑制炎性信号通路调节相关基因表达对生物稳态的影响

摘要 短链脂肪酸(SCFAs)作为一类人体肠道微生物区系代谢产物,参与调节炎性通路,控制生物的生理稳态平衡,从而达到维持肠道稳态、抗炎及保护宿主肝、肺和胰腺等脏腑器官的生理作用。本文详述了SCFAs维持生物体胃肠道、肝脏、大脑、胰腺、心血管系统、皮肤组织和免疫系统等方面的正常生理状态作用机制及其在禽畜生产中的应用,为短链脂肪酸的进一步研发及临床应用提供科学依据。 Short-chain fatty acid(SCFA) is a kind of metabolite in human intestinal microflora.Related studies have shown that SCFAs are involved in regulating inflammatory pathways and controlling the physiological homeostasis of organisms,thus achieving the physiological functions of maintaining intestinal homeo stasis,resisting inflammation and protecting host liver,lung,pancreas and other viscera and organs.In this paper,the mechanism of SCFAs in maintaining the normal physiological state of gastrointestinal tract,liver,brain,pancreas,cardiovascular system,skin tissue and immune system,and its application in the livestock production were reviewed,Which would provide a scientific basis for the further research and development and clinical application for short chain fatty acids.
