摘要
人参是我国传统中药,人参蛋白是其重要组成成分。目前已发现的人参蛋白在影响细胞增殖、抗肿瘤、抗氧化衰老、提升免疫和降血脂等方面具有重要作用,且能够显著改善学习和记忆,对阿尔茨海默症和帕金森等疾病具有显著治疗作用,有被深入研究和开发的潜力。本文结合近年关于人参蛋白和人参多肽作用的研究,综述了人参蛋白的药理作用,为其进一步开发和利用提供参考。
Ginseng is a Traditional Chinese Medicine,and ginseng protein is an important component of ginseng.At present,ginseng protein has been found to play an important role in affecting the cell proliferation,anti-tumor,anti-oxidative aging,enhancing immunity,lowering blood lipids and other aspects,and significantly improving the learning and memory.It has a significant therapeutic effect on Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease,and has the potential to be further studied and developed.This paper reviews the pharmacological action of ginseng protein and ginseng polypeptide,and could provide a reference for the further development and utilization of ginseng protein.
