摘要
公司治理是我国金融机构改革的主线,完善金融机构治理是防范和抵御金融风险的根本性举措。上市金融机构治理是我国金融机构治理的重中之重,其治理发展演进脉络受到监管部门及其自身等主体的广泛关注。本文利用中国上市公司治理指数对我国上市金融机构治理状况进行总体、比较和具体维度分析;基于分析结果,为提升我国上市金融机构治理质量,从监管机构、上市金融机构和第三方机构三个层面提出相应的对策建议。
Corporate governance is the main thrust of China’s reforms of its financial institutions.Improving governance is critical to prevent financial risk,and governance of listed financial institutions is a chief concern for regulators.This paper makes a comprehensive,multi-dimensional analysis of the quality of governance of China’s listed financial institutions by using the annual China listed company governance index published by the China Academy of Corporate Governance of Nankai University.In order to help improve governance at China’s listed financial institutions,this paper puts forward suggestions from the perspective of regulators,listed financial institutions and third-party institutions.
