摘要
绿色物流是我国实现碳达峰、碳中和战略目标的必要途径,但目前我国绿色物流发展依然处于探索阶段。文中以南京市为例,从经济、技术、资源、环境四个维度构建了绿色物流发展的评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对南京市绿色物流进行分析,从资金投入、绿色金融政策、企业兼并、设备改造、技术推广五个方面给出建议。
Green logistics is a necessary way to achieve the strategic goals of peaking carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality in China,but the development of green logistics in China is still in the exploration stage. Taking Nanjing as an example,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for green logistics development from four dimensions of economy,technology,resources and environment,and uses analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze green logistics in Nanjing,and gives suggestions from five aspects of capital investment,green financial policy,enterprise mergers and acquisitions,equipment transformation and technology promotion.
