摘要
B型超声诊断仪(简称,B超机)作为医学影像检测仪器之一,在临床中应用广泛,此种检查方式不会对受检者造成损伤,因此具有无痛性优势,而且适应性广泛,图像清晰,受到广大医患的欢迎和认可,可以在多数内科疾病诊断中应用。由于B超机使用时间长,使用频率高,所以仪器本身会产生一定损耗,加上不良工作环境影响,这会对仪器运转产生影响,另外B超机结构及其内部系统复杂,所以在日常使用过程中难免会出现一些故障难问题,一旦发现故障问题,则需要予以认真分析,对故障节点进行确定,切忌在不了解工作原理条件下随意拆卸,使得机械故障更加严重。对于B超机来说,做好日常保养维护非常重要,同时还需要定期进行故障检修维修。在B超机故障维修过程中,应透过表象看到本质,并仔细分析,正确判断,之后再进行合理维修,另外还需要注重日常养护工作,使仪器使用周期及时间尽量延长,减少维修次数,实现以养代修的目的,使仪器使用效率得到提升。文章对B超机基本情况进行介绍,并对常规故障及维修方法进行分析和总结,以期为B超机的合理运用提供参考。
B-ultrasound is one of the medical imaging testing instruments,which is widely used in clinical practice.This inspection method will not cause damage to the examinee,so it has the advantage of painlessness,wide adaptability,clear images,and is widely used.The welcome and recognition of doctors and patients can be used in the diagnosis of most medical diseases.Due to the long service time and high frequency of B-ultrasound machine,the instrument itself will produce a certain loss,coupled with the impact of adverse working environment,which will affect the operation of the instrument.In addition,the structure of the B-ultrasound machine and its internal system are complex,so it is inevitable that there will be some difficult problems in the daily use process.Once a failure problem is found,it needs to be carefully analyzed to determine the failure node,and do not understand the working principle.Disassemble at will,making the mechanical failure more serious.For B-ultrasound machine,it is very important to do a good job in daily maintenance,and it also needs to carry out troubleshooting and maintenance regularly.In the process of B-ultrasound machine fault maintenance,we should see the essence through the appearance,carefully analyze and correctly judge,and then carry out reasonable maintenance.In addition,we also need to pay attention to the daily maintenance work,so as to prolong the service cycle and time of the instrument as far as possible,reduce the number of maintenance,realize the purpose of replacing maintenance with maintenance,and improve the service efficiency of the instrument.This article introduces the basic situation of the B-ultrasound,and analyzes and summarizes the conventional faults and maintenance methods,in order to provide a reference for the rational use of the B-ultrasound.
