中介轴承−双转子−支承系统的非线性振动响应分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究航空发动机转子运行过程中非线性振动响应特性,构建了一种由滚动轴承支承的双转子系统力学分析模型。该模型两端由滚动轴承支承,高低压转子由中介轴承耦合,使用频谱图和轴心轨迹图描述在不同中介轴承间隙下系统动力响应情况,并通过相图、庞加莱截面及分岔图分析系统在非线性动力学状态演化中周期、拟周期和混沌等复杂的动力学现象。结果表明:随着中介轴承间隙变大,系统振动频率变得丰富,转子系统在竖直方向的振幅变化量比水平方向振幅变化量大;双转子系统处于混沌状态的转速区间变大,严重影响系统运行的稳定性。研究结果为系统的优化设计、振动的控制和失效预防提供了一定的理论参考。 In order to study the nonlinear vibration response characteristics of aero-engine rotor operation,a mechanical analysis model of a dual-rotor system supported by rolling bearings is constructed.The two ends of the model are supported by rolling bearings,and the high-pressure rotors and low-pressure rotors are coupled by intermediate bearings.The dynamic response of the systme under different intermediate bearing clearances is described by using the spectrogram and axis track diagram.Moreover,phase diagram,poincare section and and bifurcation diagram are employed to elucidate the complex dynamic phtnomena like period,quasi-period and chaos in the evolution of nonlinear dynamic state.The results show that as the intermediary bearing clearance becomes larger,the system vibration frequency becomes rich,and the amplitude change of the rotor system in the vertical direction is larger than that in the horizontal direction,the speed interval of the two-rotor system in the chaotic state becomes larger,which seriously affects the stability of the system operation.The research results provide a certain theoretical reference for system optimization design,vibration control and failure prevention.
