摘要
目的:对比自动生化分析仪与血气分析仪在急诊科患者钾、钠及氯离子检测结果及其与检测结果的相关性,以期为急诊科患者的临床诊治提供理论指导。方法:选择2020年1月~2020年12月本院收治的急诊科患者50例为研究对象,所有患者按照采血标准流程进行采血,采集动脉血及静脉血量各2~3mL,采用GEM3000血气分析仪在10min内完成检测,采用Vitros350全自动生化分析仪在30min内完成检测。血液标本采集及检验过程均由本科室医生严格按照《全国临床检验操作规程》进行,以保证标本采集质量及检验结果的准确性。比较两种仪器对血液中钾、钠、氯离子的检测结果,分析两种仪器与钾、钠及氯离子的检测结果相关性。血钾离子正常范围:3.5~5.5mmol/L,血钠离子正常范围:135~145mmol/L,血氯离子正常范围:96~106mmol/L。结果:两种仪器对血液中钾、钠、氯离子的检测结果均处正常范围内,两种仪器的检测结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,血气分析仪对血液中钾、钠、氯离子的检测结果浓度均低于生化分析仪的检测结果(P<0.05);两种仪器与患者血液中钾、钠、氯离子的检测结果均呈正相关性(生化分析仪r值:0.948、0.968、0.917,血气分析仪r值:0.930、0.942、0.898,P均<0.05);结论:自动生化分析仪与血气分析仪均能够准确检测出血液中钾、钠及氯离子浓度,对于急诊科患者而言,推荐血气分析仪为其更优的选择。
Objective:In order to provide theoretical guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients in emergency department,the results of potassium,sodium and chloride ions detected by automatic biochemical analyzer and blood gas analyzer were compared.Methods:50 patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.Blood was collected from all patients according to the standard procedure of blood collection,and the volume of arterial blood and venous blood was 2-3mL respectively.The blood gas analyzer GEM3000 was used to complete the detection within 10min.Vitros350 automatic biochemical analyzer was used to complete the detection within 30min.The collection and inspection of blood samples are carried out by undergraduate doctors in strict accordance with the National Clinical Examination Procedures to ensure the quality of specimen collection and the accuracy of test results.The detection results of potassium,sodium and chloride ions in blood were compared between the two instruments,and the correlation between the two instruments and the detection results of potassium,sodium and chloride ions was analyzed.Normal range of blood potassium ion:3.5-5.5mmol/L,normal range of blood sodium ion:135-145mmol/L,normal range of blood chloride ion:96-106mmol/L.Results:The detection results of potassium,sodium and chloride ions in blood by the two instruments were within the normal range.There was significant difference between the detection results of the two instruments(P<0.05).Among them,the concentration of potassium,sodium and chloride ions in blood by blood gas analyzer was lower than that by biochemical analyzer(P<0.05);There was a positive correlation between the two instruments and the detection results of potassium,sodium and chloride ions in the patient's blood(biochemical analyzer r value:0.948,0.968,0.917,blood gas analyzer r value:0.930,0.942,0.898,P<0.05);Conclusion:Both automatic biochemical analyzer and blood gas analyzer can accurately detect the concentrations of potassium,sodium and chloride ions in the bleeding fluid.For emergency patients,blood gas analyzer is the better choice.
