米勒循环配气机构建模及动力学分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了探索米勒循环配气机构的动力学特性,主要基于AVL-EXCITE Timing Drive对米勒循环配气机构进行动力学分析。首先对米勒循环单阀系进行动力学分析,确认单阀系正确运行后,根据正确的相位关系建立米勒循环配气机构的动力学模型。对米勒循环配气机构的动力学模型进行仿真分析,包括动力学升程、速度、加速度、气门落座力等,探讨米勒循环配气机构的动力学性能。 In order to understand the dynamic characteristics of the Miller cycle valve train,and to reduce the time and cost of the subsequent research on the Miller cycle engine,this article is mainly based on the AVL-EXCITE Timing Drive to analyze the dynamics of the Miller cycle valve train.Firstly,the dynamic analysis of the Miller cycle single valve system is carried out.After confirming the correct operation of the single valve system,the dynamic model of the Miller cycle valve train is established according to the correct phase relationship.The dynamic model of Miller cycle valve train is simulated and analyzed,including dynamic lift,speed,acceleration,valve seating force,et al.,and the dynamic performance of Miller cycle valve train is discussed.
