摘要
目的探究优质手术室护理配合在输尿管软镜下钬激光治疗肾盂肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月本院收治的200例肾盂肿瘤患者为研究对象,均开展输尿管软镜下钬激光治疗。遵循数字随机法将纳入患者分为参照组和研究组,各100例。参照组开展常规手术室护理配合,研究组开展优质手术室护理配合。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,研究组的AOPP、MDA水平低于参照组,GSH-Px、SOD水平高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的手术时间、住院时间短于参照组,VAS评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的IL-6、TNF-α、CRP、Cor水平低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论优质手术室护理配合在输尿管软镜下钬激光治疗肾盂肿瘤患者中的应用效果显著,可改善应激指标、手术情况以及炎症因子水平,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing cooperation in operating room on renal pelvic tumor patients treated with holmium laser under flexible ureteroscope.Methods A total of 200 renal pelvic tumor patients treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the study objects.All patients were treated with holmium laser under flexible ureteroscope.The patients were divided into reference group and study group by numerical randomization,with 100 cases in each group.The reference group carried out routine nursing cooperation in operating room,and the study group carried out high quality nursing cooperation in operating room.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the levels of AOPP and MDA in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,while the levels of GSH-Px and SOD were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the VAS score was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,CRP and Cor in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing cooperation in operating room applied in renal pelvic tumor patients treated with holmium laser under flexible ureteroscope has a significant effect,which can improve the stress indexes,surgical condition and inflammatory factors level,and reduce the complications.
