摘要
股骨头坏死是指诸多原因影响股骨头内血供,造成股骨头内结构改变,最终导致股骨头塌陷的疾病。股骨头坏死常引起患者髋关节的疼痛和活动受限,使患者髋关节功能严重丧失。本病是骨科常见又难治愈的疾病之一,致残率高,被称为“不死的癌症”。晚期股骨头坏死患者可选择全髋关节置换手术。但由于人工关节假体有一定的使用年限,并且不可避免地会出现假体磨损、松动等情况,因此保留患者自身髋关节的治疗在年轻患者中显得尤为重要。本文就临床上常用的几种保髋手术作一综述。
Femoral head necrosis is a disease that affects the blood supply in the femoral head for many reasons,causing structural changes in the femoral head,and eventually leading to the collapse of the femoral head.Femoral head necrosis often causes pain and limited mobility of the patients'hip,resulting in severe loss of hip function.This disease is one of the common and incurable diseases in orthopedics,with a high disability rate,and is called"immortal cancer".For patients with advanced femoral head necrosis,total hip replacement can be given.Because the artificial joint prosthesis has a certain service life,and the prosthesis wear and loosening will inevitably occur,the treatment of preserving the patients'own hip joint is particularly important in young patients.This paper reviews several hip preserving surgery commonly used in clinic.
