摘要
针对国内外炼油形势的新变化,中国石油化工股份有限公司大连石油化工研究院创新了Y型分子筛的“两步造孔技术”,发明了控制Y型分子筛方钠石笼迁移的“酸性位重构技术”,创造出双介孔结构的高效DMY(Double Mesopore Y)分子筛,并研制了新一代轻油型加氢裂化催化剂FC-82。与FC-52催化剂相比,FC-82催化剂的堆积密度降低了13%;在相同转化率下,重石脑油收率明显增加,两次评价试验分别提高了2.0,1.7百分点,尾油芳烃指数(BMCI值)基本相当。使用FC-82催化剂,可以兼顾重石脑油和乙烯裂解原料的生产,在高转化率试验条件下可实现最大量生产重石脑油。
For the new change of refining trend all over the world,through innovating the two-step pore-making technology of Y molecular sieve,FRIPP invent the acid reconstruction technology to control the migration of Y molecular sieve sodium cage,and creat high efficient DMY molecular sieve.Using DMY molecular sieve as cracking component,a new generation of naphtha selective hydrocracking catalyst FC-82 was developed.Compared with FC-52,the bulk density of catalyst decreased by 13%.Under the same yield of tail oil,the selectivity of heavy naphtha increased by 1.7~2.0 percentage points and the BMCI of the tail oil was the same.FC-82 can be used to produce heavy naphtha and ethylene cracking raw materials,and get the maximum amounts of heavy naphtha under the same yield of tail oil.
