摘要
目的探讨针对性护理在胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法选取福建省龙岩人民医院2018年5月至2020年5月收治的126例胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者,采用随机数字表法分两组,每组各63例。护理常规组给予常规护理,针对组实施针对性护理。比较两组患者满意度、手术及住院时间、感染率、焦虑及抑郁情况。结果针对组的满意度为100.00%,高于护理常规组的79.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针对组手术及住院时间均短于护理常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针对组感染率为1.59%,低于护理常规组的12.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后针对组焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分显著低于护理常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者采取针对性护理对策的患者的满意度高,可减轻患者的焦虑抑郁,降低感染发生率,缩短手术和住院的时间。
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing on patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.Methods A total of 126 patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer in Longyan People's Hospital of Fujian from May 2018 to May 2020 were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The routine nursing group was given routine nursing,while the targeted nursing group was given targeted nursing.The satisfaction,operation time and hospital stay,infection rate,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of the targeted nursing group(100.00%)was higher than that of the routine nursing group(79.37%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The operation time and hospital stay of the targeted nursing group were shorter than those of the routine nursing group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The infection rate of the targeted nursing group(1.59%)was lower than that of the routine nursing group(12.70%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores rated by the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale of the targeted nursing group were significantly lower than those of the routine nursing group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Thoracoscopic radical lung cancer patients who take targeted nursing measures have high satisfaction,can reduce the anxiety and depression of patients,reduce the incidence of infection,shorten the operation and hospitalization time.
