摘要
以Ni、Mo为活性组分,Al_(2)O_(3)-USY为载体,通过向NiMoP浸渍液中添加柠檬酸,考察柠檬酸对催化剂催化活性的影响。对催化剂进行表征,结果表明随着浸渍液中柠檬酸浓度增大,催化剂表面总酸量呈先增加后减小的趋势,当n_(L)/n_(Ni)=1.0时,催化剂表面酸量最大;催化剂活性相MoS_(2)堆积层数逐渐增加,平均片层长度逐渐增大。340℃实验条件下,当n_(L)/n_(Ni)=1.0时,催化剂的催化活性最好,脱硫率和脱氮率分别为99.6%、99.7%,优于未添加柠檬酸的催化剂。
Using Ni and Mo as active components and Al_(2)O_(3)-USY as support material,the effect of citric acid on the catalytic activity of NiMoP was investigated.The results indicate that the total acid content on the surface of catalyst increases at first and reaches its maximum in the condition of nL/nNi=1.0,then decreases as the increasing concentration of citric acid.Meanwhile,the stacking layer number of active phase MoS_(2) and the average lamellar length are gradually increased.When the mole ratio of citric acid to Ni is 1.0(n_(L)/n_(Ni)=1.0),the catalyst shows the best activity.And the HDS and HDN rate at 340 ℃ reach to 99.6% and99.7% respectively,which are better than the catalyst without modifying by citric acid.
