摘要
电磁阀是自动变速器的核心部件,其开发过程中性能测试是必不可少的步骤。不同类型的电磁阀,试验条件和性能参数各异。为满足自动变速器用比例电磁阀和开关电磁阀的测试需求,介绍一款模块化设计的性能试验台,包括液压系统组成、设计选型、温控系统设计和测控系统设计。结果表明:该试验台可以完成对特定电磁阀的动态特性、流量和密封性测试,为自动变速器电磁阀的产品设计提供参考。
Solenoid valve is a key part in automatic transmission, and the performance testing is an essential step in product development. Different types of solenoid valves have different test conditions and performance parameters. In order to meet the test requirements of proportional solenoid valve and on-off solenoid valve for automatic transmission, a modular design performance test bed was introduced, including hydraulic system composition, design and selection, temperature control system and measurement & control system design. The results show that the test bed can be used to test the dynamic response, flow rate and sealing performance of specific solenoid valve.It provides reference for the product design of automatic transmission solenoid valve.
