摘要
研判中国水果贸易形势及相关问题对增强中国水果产业的国际竞争力、扩大水果出口具有十分重要的意义。对当前中国水果及其制品进出口贸易情况分析发现,研究期内中国水果及制品持续贸易逆差,且规模显著扩大;水果及其制品进口比出口增加快而大;果汁等水果制品进出口进一步增加;果品进出口品类与市场比较集中。另外,出口量占总产量的比重依然很低,国内水果价格优势日益削弱,果品标准化程度和质量安全信任度仍低,品牌建设落后,这些问题仍需持续关注。基于此,提出了促进中国水果及其制品出口的相关建议。
It is extremely significant to study China’s fruit trade situation and related issues for enhancing the international competitiveness of China’s fruit industry and expanding fruit export.The current situation of import and export trade of China’s fruits and products was analyzed,it was found that during the research period,China’s trade deficit in fruits and products continued and significantly expanded;fruits and products import grew much faster than export,fruit juice and other fruit products import and export both increased further;the category and market of fruits import and export were more concentrated.In addition,we need to pay more attention to some problems such as the lower proportion of export volume in total output,the weakened price advantage of domestic fruit,the low degree of fruit standardization,quality and safety trust,lag brand construction and so on.Based on this,some suggestions were put forward to improve the export of China’s fruits and products.
