摘要
口腔正畸学是口腔医学中的一个分支学科,近年来随着人们膳食结构及环境因素的变化,错牙合畸形发生率逐年升高,要求接受正畸治疗的患者也越来越多。目前国内院校对口腔正畸学的教学模式大多是传统的教师讲授法,但授课方式单一,内容乏味,教学效果不佳。基于问题教学法(PBL)、循证医学是国际流行的教学模式。本研究通过分析口腔正畸专业特点、国内院校口腔正畸学的教学现状、PBL教学法与循证医学的概念及特点、PBL联合循证医学在我国口腔正畸进修生教学中的应用,并结合我校口腔正畸进修生教学实践经验,对该学科教学模式的发展进行探讨。
Oral orthodontics is a relatively complex and practical discipline in theoretical system.In recent years,with the changes in people's dietary structure and environmental factors,the incidence of misgamotomy is increased year by year,requiring patients with orthodontic treatment.more and more.At present,there are many teaching models of oral unsatisfactory schools to teach the traditional teacher,but the teaching method is single,the content is bored,and the teaching is not good.Based on the problem teaching method(PBL),evidence-based medicine is an international popular teaching mode.This study analyzes the characteristics of oral orthodontics,teaching status,PBL teaching method and evidence-based medicine in the domestic institutions,and the application of PBL Joint evidence-based medicine in my country's oral orthodontic advancement teaching,Combined with the teaching practical experience of our school oral orthodontics,discussion on the development of the discipline teaching model.
