摘要
洗烟废水是垃圾焚烧电厂的一类特殊污水,成分十分复杂。海南某垃圾焚烧电厂采用两级絮凝沉淀+超滤+STRO+RO工艺处理洗烟废水,设计流量为75 m^(3)/d。运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定,自动化程度高,出水优于GB/T 19923—2005中敞开式循环冷却水系统补充水标准,尤其对重金属和溶解性总固体去除率较高,出水镉、铬、砷、铅、汞和溶解性总固体的去除率分别为77.86%、95.84%、97.95%、92.97%、97.15%、98.96%。
Smoke washing wastewater is a kind of special sewage from waste incineration power plant,and its composition is very complex.A waste incineration power plant in Hainan adopts two-stage flocculation sedimentation+Ultrafiltration+STRO+RO process to treat smoke washing wastewater,with a design flow of 75 m^(3)/d.The operation results show that the system operates stably and has a high degree of automation.The effluent is better than the make-up water standard of open circulating cooling water system in GB/T 19923—2005,especially the removal rate of heavy metals and total dissolved solids is high.The removal rates of cadmium,chromium,arsenic,lead,mercury and total dissolved solids in the effluent are 77.86%,95.84%,97.95%,92.97%,97.15%and 98.96%respectively.
