摘要
OBE理念强调以学生的学习产出和成果为中心,因此,在教学过程中的教学实施与评价就显得尤为重要。文章将会展营销人才应具备的核心应用能力和岗位职业能力进行分解与细化,构建知识+能力+素质“三位一体”的结构体系,在此基础上对会展市场营销课程考核的评价形式、评价标准、评价内容等方面进行改革与创新,探索构建基于成果导向、科学合理的考核评价体系,以实现对人才培养水平的客观评价。
OBE concept emphasizes the students'learning output and achievement as the center,so the teaching implementation and evaluation in the teaching process is particularly important.This paper decomposes the core application ability and post professional ability that events marketing talents should have,and constructs"a Trinity"Structure System of knowledge,ability and quality.On this basis,it reforms and innovates the evaluation form,evaluation standard and evaluation content of the course of Events Marketing,and explores the construction of a scientific and reasonable evaluation system based on achievement orientation in order to realize the objective evaluation of talent training level.
