摘要
随着口腔医学的发展,全新的口腔医学人才不仅要掌握完整的理论知识具备解决实际问题的能力,还应具备自我完善、开拓创新、交流协作等多种能力,因此口腔医学教学必须在教学方法、教学手段方面进行改革及创新。在“互联网+”时代下,利用信息技术,线上线下相结合的混合式教学模式已成为医学院校课堂教学改革的主要方向。混合式教学模式既能充分激发学生学习的积极性,又能体现教师的主导、启发的作用,这种教学模式需借助一定的网络平台才能使教学过程更加便捷。为顺应这一趋势,国内知名大学纷纷建立网络教学平台,“雨课堂”作为智慧课堂代表,逐渐被更多的教师接受。牙体牙髓病学作为口腔主干临床学科之一,理论教学质量至关重要,采用传统线下授课方式,学生学习兴趣不高,欠缺综合能力的培养;采取“雨课堂”的线上教学方式,学生学习的积极性明显提高,却缺少了教师面对面的指导,和对课堂整体的把控。分析了线上、线下教学的优势及不足,本文探讨了基于“雨课堂”的混合式教学模式在牙体牙髓病学理论教学的实施,希望为口腔医学教学带来新的思路。
With the development of stomatology,new stomatological professionals should not only master complete theoretical knowledge and have the ability to solve practical problems,but also have the ability of selfimprovement,innovation,communication and cooperation,therefore,stomatological teaching must be reformed and innovated in methods and means.In the era of"Internet+",the combination of online and offline teaching mode with information technology has become the main direction of the classroom teaching reform in medical colleges.The blended teaching mode can not only stimulate students’learning enthusiasm,but also embody the leading and enlightening function of teachers.However,this teaching mode needs a certain network platform to make the teaching process more convenient.In order to comply with this trend,famous universities in China have established network teaching platform,"Rain Classroom"as a representative of the wisdom class,gradually accepted by more teachers.As one of the main clinical subjects of stomatology,the quality of theoretical teaching of the endodontics is very important.With the traditional offline teaching method,the students are not interested in learning and lack of comprehensive ability.The online teaching method of"Rain Classroom"is adopted,the students’initiative of self-study is obviously improved,but the teachers’face-to-face guidance and control over the whole class are absent.This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of on-line and off-line teaching,and explored the implementation of the blended teaching model based on"Rain Classroom"in the theoretical teaching of endodontics,hoping to bring a new idea for stomatology teaching.
