摘要
目的探讨分析MDT联合PBL在胃肠外科本科实习生中的应用效果,旨在进一步提升本科实习生的培养教学实效。方法选取2019年5月—2020年5月笔者医院胃肠外科实习的100名本科大三学生,随机分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50)。对照组实习生采用传统CBL进行教学;观察组实习生采用MDT联合PBL进行教学。两组实习生的教学时间皆为1年,比较两组实习生全面综合水平测试、综合素质能力考评及教学满意情况之间的差异。结果与对照组相比,观察组实习生的理论知识、临床实践、操作技能、病例分析等全面综合水平测试成绩,自学能力、学习兴趣、理解深度、实操能力、思维能力等综合素质能力考评,以及教学总满意度皆更高(P<0.05)。结论MDT联合PBL能够显著提高胃肠外科本科实习生的全面综合水平和综合素质能力,且有利于提高临床教学的满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of MDT combined with PBL in undergraduate interns of gastrointestinal surgery,in order to further improve the training and teaching effectiveness of undergraduate interns.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,100 junior undergraduate students who entered the practice of gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital were selected as object of study and randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The interns in the control group were taught by traditional clinical CBL,and the interns in the observation group were taught by MDT combined with PBL.The teaching time of the two groups of interns was one year.The differences between the comprehensive comprehensive level test,comprehensive quality and ability evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The overall comprehensive level test of theoretical knowledge,clinical practice,operation skill,case analysis and the comprehensive quality ability of self-study ability,learning interest,understanding depth,practical ability and thinking ability and the total teaching satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT combined with PBL can significantly improve the overall comprehensive level and comprehensive quality ability of undergraduate interns of gastrointestinal surgery,and help to improve the satisfaction of clinical teaching,which is worthy of popularization and application.
