The Application of PBL Combined With CBL Teaching Method in the Standardized Training of Cardiovascular Residents

摘要 目的探讨以问题为导向的教学(PBL)联合以病例为基础的教学(CBL)模式在心内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取在本院心内科轮转的68名内科规培学员随机分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=34),对照组进行传统的教学方法,而观察组进行CBL联合PBL的教学模式,3个月后,对两组学生进行理论知识及实践技能考核并同时对带教老师和规培医师发放调查问卷进行满意度调查。结果(1)观察组的理论成绩和专业技能成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.001);(2)观察组的带教老师和规培医师对PBL联合CBL教学模式的反馈评价更高(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL教学法有助于提高心内科规培医师的临床综合能力,提高临床带教质量,该方法值得在临床实践中推广。 Objective To explore the application of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching mode in the standardized training of cardiovascular residents.Methods Sixty-eight residents rotatied in the department of cardiology in our hospital were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into control group(n=34)and observation group(n=34).Traditional teaching method was applied in the control group,and PBL combined with CBL teaching mode was applied in the observation group.After three months,the theoretical and professional examination scores were recorded as the assessment index,and then investigated the degree of satisfaction.Results(1)The theoretical knowledge scores and professional skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).(2)The teachers and residents in the observation group had higher feedback evaluation on PBL combined with CBL teaching mode(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL combined with CBL teaching method is helpful to improve the comprehensive ability of resident in the department of cardiology and improve the quality of clinical teaching.This method is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
