摘要
动物标本在教学、科研、科普领域有着广泛应用。结合哺乳动物标本制作实践,对哺乳动物标本制作基本流程如样品选择、指标测量、皮肤剥离、皮张脱脂、鞣制、防腐、填充方法、皮张缝合、义体安装、形态处理和标本陈列等进行了详细阐述,并对标本制作实践中出现的问题诸如动物福利意识淡薄、数据测量不规范、皮张剥制易破损、填充方法不恰当、形态处理不自然等,提出了针对性改进措施。
Animal specimens have an important position in scientific research,teaching and popular scientific field.On the basis of practical operation,the article summarizes such steps of making a specimen as sample selecting,measuring,peeling,degreasing,tanning,applying,stuffing,sewing,artificial bodies installing,restoring and displaying.In addition,improvement measures have been proposed for the problems,such as weak awareness of animal welfare,irregular measurement,breakage of skin peeling,improper filling,and unnatural morphological processing.
