摘要
针对聚丙烯纤维混凝土,对不同掺量的聚丙烯纤维混凝土力学性能进行试验检测研究。试验检测结果表明:(1)随着聚丙烯纤维掺量的增加,高性能混凝土抗压强度整体上呈现降低趋势,且随着养护龄期增加,抗压强度曲线逐渐变得平缓,当聚丙烯纤维体积掺量超过1.0%后,混凝土立方体的抗压强度趋于稳定;(2)掺入聚丙烯纤维能够提高高性能混凝土抗折强度,当纤维掺量超过1.5%时,抗折强度曲线变得平缓,纤维掺量为2.0%时有小幅回落;(3)掺入聚丙烯纤维能够明显改善混凝土抗冲击韧性,混凝土冲击次数与聚丙烯纤维掺量呈二次凸函数,纤维掺量存在最佳范围。
The mechanical properties of polypropylene fiber concrete with different content were tested and tested. The test results show that :(1) with the increase of polypropylene fiber content, the compressive strength of HPC decreases on the whole, and with the increase of curing age, the compressive strength curve gradually becomes gentle. When the volume content of polypropylene fiber exceeds 1.0%, the compressive strength of concrete cube tends to be stable.(2) The addition of polypropylene fiber can improve the flexural strength of HPC. When the fiber content is more than 1.5%, the flexural strength curve becomes gentle, and it drops slightly when the fiber content is 2.0%.(3) adding polypropylene fiber can obviously improve the impact toughness of concrete. The number of concrete impact and the content of polypropylene fiber show quadratic convex function, and the content of polypropylene fiber has an optimal range.
