摘要 介绍了水电站水轮机调速器改造过程中采用的新技术及应用情况。首先阐述了适应新的电网防措要求的调速器掉电保护关机设计、反馈系统三选优冗余设计,然后说明了机组蠕动监测、第三方智能切换方案,最后介绍了适应《智能水电厂技术导则》要求的调速器智能化接口技术,通过现场静态特性试验、动态甩负荷试验也验证了改造后调速器技术和性能的先进性,可为大中型水电站调速器的改造和技术革新提供一定参考。 This paper introduces the new technology and application in transformation of hydraulic turbine governor in hydropower station.Firstly,it expounds power failure protection shutdown design of the governor and three-choice-optimized redundant design of feedback system to meet the requirements of new power grid prevention measures.Then,creep monitoring of the unit and the third-party intelligent switching scheme are explained.Finally,intelligent interface technology for the governor is introduced to meet the requirements of the technical guidelines for the intelligent hydropower plant.The advanced technology of the governor and the performance of the governor are verified through static characteristic test and dynamic load rejection test.This paper can provide some reference for the transformation and technical innovation of governor in large and medium-sized hydropower stations.
