摘要
目的研究毛乌素沙地南缘生态恢复过程中4种不同植被类型(樟子松、花棒、柠条和沙柳)叶片、凋落物、土壤C,N,P含量及其生态化学计量特征,为改善生态环境提供理论依据。方法采用野外调查和室内分析测定样品中C,N,P含量。结果樟子松叶片与凋落物C含量最高,N,P含量最低,叶片和凋落物C/N,C/P表现为乔木高于灌木;柠条土壤C,N,C/P,N/P与其他3种植被类型呈显著差异(P<0.05),叶片C与土壤C,N,C/P,N/P呈显著负相关,叶片N和N/P与土壤C,N,C/N,C/P,N/P呈显著正相关。结论生态恢复过程中,植物生长受N的限制,灌木生长速度大于乔木,对土壤养分有明显的累积作用。
Purposes—To study the content of C,N and P in leaves,litter and soil and ecological stoichiometric characteristics of four different vegetation types(Pinus sylvestris,Hedysarum scoparium,Caragana korshinskii and Salix psammophila)during ecological restoration in the southern margin of Mu us Sandy Land,and to provide theoretical basis for scientific improvement of fragile ecological environment in this area.Methods—The content of C,N and P in samples was determined by field investigation and laboratory analysis.Result—The content of C in leaves and litter of Pinus sylvestris was the highest,while the content of N and P was the lowest,the content of C/N and C/P in the leaf and litter of trees was higher than those of shrubs,the content of C,N,C/P and N/P in Caragana korshinskii soil was significantly different from those of the other three vegetation types(P<0.05).The content of C in leaves was significantly negatively correlated with the content of C,N,C/P and N/P in soil,the content of N and N/P in leaves was positively correlated with the content of C,N,C/N,C/P and N/P in soil.Conclusion—In the process of ecological restoration,plant growth was limited by the content of N,and the growth rate of shrubs was higher than that of trees,which had an obvious accumulation effect on soil nutrients.
