摘要
建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测葡萄酒中柠檬酸含量。选用C;色谱柱进行分离,以0.1%甲酸/水-乙腈作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 mL·min^(-1),选择ESI-多反应监测负离子模式进行扫描。柠檬酸的回收率为90.1%~107.0%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~7.6%,相关系数R≥0.999 5,该方法的最低检出限为0.05 mg·L^(-1),最低定量限为0.15 mg·L^(-1)(以葡萄酒样品稀释10倍时计算)。结果表明,此方法准确、高效、重现性好,并能有效消除样品中其他组分对目标峰的干扰,灵敏度高、定性定量准确、检出限低,可用来准确分析葡萄酒中柠檬酸含量。
To establish a method for the determination of citric acid content in wines by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. A C;column was used for separation. 0.1% formic acid/water-acetonitrile was used as mobile phase for gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.3 mL·min^(-1). ESI-multi-reaction monitoring negative ion mode was used for scanning. The recoveries ranged from 90.1%~107.0% and the relative standard deviations ranged from 2.1%~7.6%, the correlative coefficient R≥0.999 5, the lowest detection limit was 0.05 mg·L^(-1), and the lowest quantification limit was 0.15 mg·L^(-1)(calculated by diluted wines 10 times). The results show that this method is accurate,efficient, reproducible, and can effectively eliminate the interference to the target peak by other components. The method is with high sensitivity, accurate qualitative and quantitative, low detection limit, and can be used for the accurate analysis of citric acid content in wines.
