摘要
目的探究大隐静脉高位结扎和点式剥脱联合硬化剂与传统手术治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年3月于本院收治的76例下肢静脉曲张患者的临床资料,其中33例行传统高位结扎剥脱手术治疗(A组),43例采用大隐静脉高位结扎和点式剥脱联合硬化剂治疗(B组),比较两组手术及住院相关指标、并发症及复发情况。结果B组手术时间和住院时间均短于A组,术中出血量少于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组并发症发生率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后随访3个月,B组复发率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大隐静脉高位结扎和点式剥脱联合硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张效果显著,具有创伤轻、并发症发生率和复发率低等优点,值得在基层医院广泛推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of high ligation and point stripping of great saphenous vein combined with sclerotherapy and traditional surgery in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities.Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with varicose veins of lower extremities admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,33 cases were treated with traditional high ligation and point stripping(group A),and 43 cases were treated with high ligation and point stripping of great saphenous vein combined with sclerotherapy(group B).The operation and hospitalization related indexes,complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of group B were shorter than those of group A,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group B was lower than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in group B was lower than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High ligation and point stripping of great saphenous vein combined with sclerotherapy is effective in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities,it has the advantages of light trauma,low complications and low recurrence rate.
