摘要
构建应用型人才培养模式是高校向应用型转变的题中之义和必然要求。H高校重组人才培养的构成要素,并构建各要素间的联动机制,实现高校、政府(或法检部门)和企事业单位(或社会组织)等三方联动,第一课堂、第二课堂和第三课堂等三堂联动,学生(或信息员代表)、二级学院教学督导和学校教学督导等三级联动,强化对教学主体、教学活动和教学评价等人才培养核心要素的功能整合与活力激发,以全方位加强对学生的实践能力培养,提升学生的专业应用技术技能,形成“三三联动”的应用型人才培养模式,有效推动该校向应用型转型,具有一定借鉴意义。
Essentially,the transformation of universities to application-oriented is to build an application-oriented talent training model.H university reorganize the constituent elements of talent training,and build a linkage mechanism between the elements,which aims at the tripartite linkage of universities,governments(including courts and prosecutors)and enterprises(or social organizations),the three-hall linkage of the first,second and third classrooms,and the three-level linkage of students(or representatives of informants),second-level college supervisors and school supervisors to strengthen the functional integration and vitality stimulation of the core elements of talent training such as teaching subjects,teaching activities and teaching evaluation.Efforts are made to strengthen the training of students'practical ability in an all-round way,greatly enhance students'professional application technical skills,and form an application-oriented talent training model of"three-three linkage",which effectively promotes the transformation of H university to an application-oriented one.Such practice is,to some extent,worth reference.
