摘要
针对车轮的设计与制造而言,旋压技术的应用与发展起着重要的作用。采用旋压工艺设计的铝合金车轮,在同等强度的情况下,拥有更薄的壁厚,更轻的重量。目前新能源车发展如火如荼,轻量化意味着续航能力的提升以及材料和能源消耗的降低,这也进一步呼应国家目前推行的“能耗双控”政策。本文结合实际情况,对能耗双控背景下的H型大尺寸车轮的旋压技术应用及生产过程中产品所存在的问题和相关解决方案进行分析,并展望我国未来旋压技术于车轮加工制造的发展趋势。
For the design and manufacture of wheels,the application and development of spinning technology plays an important role.The aluminum alloy wheel designed by spinning process has thinner wall thickness and lighter weight under the condition of the same strength.At present,the development of new energy vehicles is in full swing.Lightweight means the improvement of endurance capacity and the reduction of material and energy consumption,which further echoes the current national policy of"dual control of energy consumption".Combined with the actual situation,this paper analyzes the spinning technology application of H-type large-size wheel under the background of dual control of energy consumption,the problems and related solutions in the production process,and looks forward to the development trend of spinning technology in wheel processing and manufacturing in China in the future.
