我国牛病毒性腹泻病毒研究热点与趋势分析 被引量:7

Research hotspots and trends of Bovine viral diarrhea virus in China

摘要 牛病毒性腹泻(BVD)的防控和净化对于养牛业的健康发展意义重大,为了解我国牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)的研究热点与趋势,本研究基于中国知网(CNKI)的学术期刊数据库,采用CiteSpace软件对2001—2020年我国BVDV研究的期刊文献的发文情况(发文量、高被引频次文献、发文期刊、发文作者、关键词聚类和关键词突现性)进行计量统计,并对其研究热点和趋势进行分析。结果表明:2001—2020年我国牛病毒性腹泻病毒研究发文量整体呈现升高趋势,2018年发文量达到高峰;高被引频次文献的被引频次在29~51次之间,大多数高被引频次文献的发表年份在2008年以后;发文量最多的期刊为《动物医学进展》,为38篇;发文作者间合作较为密切,发文量最多的作者是钟发刚;BVDV的检测、分离鉴定及其两个重要的基因(E0和E2)是近年来的研究热点;2001—2020年我国BVDV研究高强度突现词不断出现,2005—2009年,主要突现词是“克隆”和“表达”,2010年主要突现词是“检测”,2013—2016年主要突现词是“E2基因”“免疫原性”和“真核表达”。2017—2020年主要突现词是“犊牛腹泻”“抗病毒”“大肠杆菌”“分型”和“混合感染”。其中强度最高的是“克隆”,突现强度为3.19,然后依次是“真核表达”“检测”“E2基因”“免疫原性”,突现强度分别为2.44,2.43,2.24,2.13。。鉴于此,笔者推测BVDV检测方法的建立、抗BVDV中草药的研制及BVDV疫苗的研发将是未来BVDV研究的重点内容。 The prevention, control and purification of bovine viral diarrhea(BVD) are of great significance to the healthy development of the cattle industry. In order to understand the research hotspots and trends of Bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV) in China, this study was based on the academic journal database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), using CiteSpace software to conduct quantitative statistics on the publication situation(published volume, high-cited articles, published journals, published authors, keyword clustering, and keyword emergence) of research periodical literature of Chinese BVDV from 2001 to 2020, and its research hotspots and trends were analyzed. The results showed that the number of research articles on BVDV showed an increasing trend from 2001 to 2020, and the number of research articles reached a peak in 2018. The citation frequency of references with high citation frequency ranged from 29 to 51, and most of them were published after 2008. The journal with the largest number of publications was Advances in Animal Medicine with 38 articles;the cooperation between authors was relatively close, and the author with the largest number of articles was Zhong Fagang;the detection, isolation and identification of BVDV and its two important genes(E0 and E2) were research hotspots in recent years. From 2001 to 2020, high-intensity emergent words appeared continuously in BVDV research in China. From 2005 to 2009, the main emergent words were “clone” and “expression”;in 2010, the main emergent words were “detection”, and were “E2 gene” “immunogenicity” and “eukaryotic expression” from 2013 to 2016;the main emergent words from 2017 to 2020 were “calf diarrhea” “Escherichia coli”“antiviral” “typing” and “mixed infection”. Among them, the word with the highest intensity was “clone”, with an emergent intensity of 3.19, followed by “eukaryotic expression”, “detection”, “E2 gene” and “immunogenicity”, with an emergent intensity of 2.44, 2.43, 2.24, and 2.13, respectively. In view of this, the author speculated that the establishment of BVDV detection methods, the development of anti-BVDV Chinese herbal medicines and the development of BVDV vaccines would be the focus of future BVDV research.
